Faço esta tarte há muitos anos desde que vi a receita pela primeira vez no blogue Coco e Baunilha e nunca me farto dela, eu e todas as pessoas que a experimentam!
Cada vez que partilho no instagram alguma foto, pedem-me para partilhar a receita e por isso resolvi deixar aqui a minha versão onde alterei um pouco as quantidades, saltei alguns passos (sou uma pessoa impaciente, vocês sabem!) e a tornei um pouco mais rápida de preparar usando a Bimby.
Em todo o caso podem e devem ir espreitar a receita da Patrícia!
Ainda tentei fazer uma versão sem glúten, mas não se aproveitou nada, se descobrirem como substituir a massa filó, partilhem comigo!
INGREDIENTES
❤ 8 folhas de massa filó
❤ margarina liquida ou manteiga derretida qb
❤ 300 ml leite
❤ 100 ml natas
❤ 4 ovos
❤ 80 g de açúcar mascavado
❤ 1 vagem de baunilha (opcional)
PREPARAÇÃO
1º passo
Forra a forma com papel vegetal (prefiro usar uma forma de aro com fundo amovível para ser mais fácil desenformar. Forma de 20 cm é a ideal)
Estende cada folha de massa filó na bancada, pincela com a margarina/ manteiga e com algum cuidado para não rasgar, enrola em caracol.
(deixo abaixo um vídeo para dar uma ajuda a perceber melhor este passo)
Depois de todas as folhas estarem na forma, polvilha com canela e leva ao forno pré aquecido a 170º cerca de 15 minutos (ou até estarem douradas).
2º passo
Enquanto as folhas estão no forno, prepara o creme!
Na bimby junta o leite, as natas, os ovos, o açúcar e o interior da vagem de baunilha e programa 7 minutos, Temp.90, Vel. 3.
* Sugestão de preparação em modo tradicional: Levar ao lume os ingredientes mexendo bem até tornar a mistura mais cremosa (nunca testei em modo tradicional, é apenas sugestão!)
Deita este creme sobre a forma com as rosas e volta a levar ao forno por mais 30 minutos (depende do forno, vão verificando) a 170º.
3º passo
Desenforma (deixa que arrefeça um pouco para não se desmanchar), polvilha com canela e açúcar em pó, prova ainda morna e nunca mais deixarás de fazer esta maravilha!
